Bill Gates lost - he will be prosecuted about misleading information about covid vaccines
The Swedish Doctors Appeal have reported on the fact Bill Gates lost about not having a jury outside of the US prosecute him. The Doctors Appeal also added some more context to take into consideration:
Bill Gates' appeal has been rejected, he must appear in Dutch court regarding a lawsuit.
Billionaire philanthropist Bill Gates recently appealed against having to testify in court before the seven Dutch plaintiffs accusing him of an "unauthorised act" as a participant in the "Great Reset" project. Bill Gates believes that a Dutch judge is not competent to judge a US citizen. The hearing was held on 18 September 2024 in the District Court of Leeuwarden in Friesland and the judge announced on 16 October that Gates was wrong.
The complainants allege that representatives of Gates (Hofstra et al.), as a group and individually, acted unlawfully towards them by deliberately and unlawfully misleading them and thereby inducing them to undergo COVID-19 injections that Hofstra et al. knew, or at least should have known, were not safe and effective."
Hofstra et al. have implemented the project Covid 19: The Great Reset. This is a project aimed at a total reorganisation of societies in all countries that are members of the United Nations and is described by former World Economic Forum President Klaus Schwab in his book Covid-19: The Great Reset.
In this reorganisation, all the factors that determine a person's life are made the subject of imposed change by the WEF and the UN. The hallmark of this political ideology is that the imposed and planned change is presented as justified by the claim that the world is suffering from major crises that can only be solved through centralised, tough and global interventions.
One of these so-called major crises is the COVID-19 pandemic. Hofstra, individually and as a group, acted unlawfully towards the Plaintiffs by misleading them, in connection with the implementation of Covid 19: The Great Reset Project, into administering COVID-19 injections, which Hofstra knew, or at least should have known, were not safe and effective. According to the Plaintiffs, they have suffered mental and physical harm as a result of those injections.
The trial on Bill Gates' appeal was held on 18 September. One of the victims, who is very ill, was also given the opportunity to make a plea. She could no longer speak and was represented by her father. It was a very emotional plea.
The judge ruled on 16 October that Gates was wrong. The Dutch judge has jurisdiction. The official notification with the judgement was published on the Stichting Recht op Rechts website.
