Court in Leeuwarden rule they have jurisdiction to prosecute Bill Gates about Covid vaccines

The lawsuit against businessman and philanthropist Bill Gates continues. He is accused by a Dutch group of ‘vaccine damaged’ due to corona vaccines. Gates had objected, because according to him the judges did not have jurisdiction. The court in Leeuwarden ruled on Wednesday that it does have jurisdiction.

A group has taken former Prime Minister Mark Rutte, former Minister Hugo de Jonge and several members of the Outbreak Management Team, which advised the government, to court. Because Bill Gates' foundation was involved in combating the corona pandemic, he has also been summoned.
