Sweden: More homework needs to be done on Pandemrix
A few days ago on X, a film clip with Anders Tegnell was shared. He was questioned in the mainstream media about what in the contents of Pandemrix caused narcolepsy. Anders Tegnell avoided the question by simply referring to the fact that they only reviewed which groups were affected in order to give correct advice on who at the time should avoid taking Pandemrix against swine flu. Recently the Hart Group in the UK highlighted how slow the UK was at recognizing narkolepsy due to the Pandemrix vaccine during the swineflu episode and they make comparisons to Scandinavia - they should have written Sweden I think. “When the 2009 swine flu vaccine (“Pandemrix”) caused narcolepsy the UK institutions were very slow to react. It was Scandinavian countries which highlighted the problem in 2010. That year the MHRA were measuring for other effects but not narcolepsy. In 2011, they said they needed to await epidemiological studies. It took until 2013 before Public Health England admitted a problem in the UK. In 2017,the government lost the High Court appeal by which they attempted to avoid paying compensation. However, it was 2020 before Public Health England admitted that the problem was larger than expected and was not just a case of diagnoses being made earlier because of heightened awareness. The MHRA, however, took until 2023 before they formally admitted there was a causative link between Pandemrix and Narcolepsy. More than 13 years after the harm was caused!”
The text shared below was posted a while ago on Facebook and on the former patientmakt substack. Due to the fact that patient organizations are dead silent on the issue of covid vaccine damage and, as you will be able to see from the text below, do not seem to follow the vaccine debate very well - it must still be added that it is worrying how patient organizations are allowed to respond to referrals and how they respond (do not go into detail here, but you can look it up on the Swedish Patientassociation for Narcolepsy own website). The Swedish patientassociation for Narcolepsy from the Pandemrix vaccine still does not have any information related to informed consent and vaccines and what kind of information is actually relevant for proper informed consent. Informed consent acknowledges both a yes and a no.
The narcolepsy association needs to be sharper at monitoring world wide debate and reseach to win legally
How can one help the Swedish narcolepsy association and their lawyer to win the compensation claim for the Pandemrix vaccine victims?
The Chancellor of Justice (JK) rejected the narcoplepsy victims' claim for damages based on the vaccine damage with the Pandemrix swine flu vaccine. JK justifies the refusal by saying that the Swedish state could not possibly have known of the increased risk of suffering from narcolepsy from Pandemrix. The Chancellor of Justice also announces that the state has not violated any rights and had no obligation to notify about the testing procedure established within the EU that preceded the approval of the vaccine. For their part, the vaccine-injured have invoked the European Convention on the question of what JK rejects their application for. In the case, it is expressed as follows: "The applicants have alleged that the state has not provided those who were asked to be vaccinated with access to information about how the testing procedure that preceded the mass vaccination was designed, the health risks associated with vaccination and the internal contradictions and opposing views which existed within the state's own authorities regarding the vaccine. Those who vaccinated themselves have therefore, according to the applicants, not been able to adequately assess the health risks, nor have they been able to give informed consent to subject themselves to vaccination." In which phase as a clinical study was Pandemrix rolled out to the Swedish public? Depending on where in the clinical phases it was there are requirements for a product that is still in the earlier development processes that you have to communicate side effects and risks and even serious risks to the recipient prior to properly informed consent and that you notify the person that they are included in a clinical study. I have not taken part in the Swedish Narcoleptic Association's own claims bar applications, original documents. Swedish Wikipedia announced that Glaxo Smith Kline clinical trials of 9,000 people began in August 2009. In October, Sweden began mass vaccination with Pandemrix. 2 after months only…
JK claims that the risk of narcolepsy from Pandemrix was completely unknown in Sweden in 2009: "the increased risk of contracting narcolepsy after Pandemrix was completely unknown both when the vaccine was approved in September 2009 and when it was recommended in the context of the Swedish vaccination campaign. Nor had any such risk emerged when the CHMP recommended final approval of the vaccine in June 2010”. That is an untruth. Based on Dr. Annika Dahlqvist's blog information by John Sundelin (it does not say what his position or professional title is, but given the way he speaks, one can assume that he is a trained doctor or has scientific competences that correspond to someone in a nearby medical discipline). He writes that he already warned of the risk of narcolepsy in 2009. In John Sundelin's comment, nothing is said about where he put this warning or how he went about it or what treatment he received if he warned Swedish authorities or politicians or anything else. Dr. Annika Dahlqvist was also a doctor who at the time warned of the risk of narcolepsy from the Pandemrix swine flu vaccine. It would require a full testimony of Dr. Annika Dahlqvist (and all the medical experts from that time who warned) about how she went about it and tried to inform and what contacts she made at that time. In 2015, Dr. Annika Dahlqvist was awarded with Humanism & Knowledge Golden Globe "Diploma for work in the service of humanism".
John Sundel's statement on Dr. Annika Dahlqvist's blog: "That Pandemrix can be so clearly linked to narcolepsy is in no way surprising. I warned in 2009 about squalene in Pandemrix, which creates inflammatory reactions in the body. This inflammation creates so-called cytokine storms, and cytokines are small proteins that function as signal molecules between cells and are produced by the immune system. This can lead to direct damage in e.g. the brain, specifically the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus is the part of the brain that plays a major role in sleep and wakefulness. Squalene is also a body-own substance, but when it is suddenly injected into the body (extracted from shark liver oil) it can be difficult for the immune system to distinguish between foreign and body-own squalene and this can lead to autoimmunity. As a comparison, it can be said that the amount of squalene in a human's blood plasma is 80,000 times lower than in a dose of vaccine. One thing that I see as very serious is that, in connection with mass vaccination, no questions are asked of the person to be vaccinated about whether he or she has recently finished any long-term cortisone treatment. This is serious because these people may have a secondary cortisol deficiency which means that the body cannot defend itself against the cytokine storms caused by the vaccine. In some cases, this can lead to acute inflammatory reactions in major vital organs that can lead to death.”
The site vaccin.me shows that the problem with squalene adjuvant AS03 has been known for decades since Freund's adjuvant and the experimental anthrax vaccine during the Gulf War in the early 1990s. It is described in more detail in the book "Vaccine A: The Covert Government Experiment That's Killing Our Soldiers–and Why GI's Are Only the First Victims" by Gary Matsumoto, which was published back in 2004. Vaccin.me also shows an article Torbjörn Sassersson tried to get published in Swedish mainstream media but which was rejected about the contents of Pandemrix (which doctors at the Public Health Agency and the Medical Products Agency should have been able to assess in advance) that: "The additives that have harmed the Swedish people are, among others, squalene, formaldehyde, thiomersal (49% mercury) and polysorbate 80, all ingredients in Pandemrix according to the package insert ( Fass.se ). All of these 5.3 million Swedes have probably received varying degrees of neurological and immunological damage. We already know that between 8-21 people died as a result of the vaccination. According to the precautionary principle, the ingredients should never have been in the vaccine in the first place. The principle was not applied. Only a group of "elite people" in Germany received the vaccine without the most toxic additives according to Spiegel Online." Pay attention to what you write - this if anything proves that the risks of Pandemrix were known in advance.
If you look at what has emerged about what has been known about the squalene adjuvant AS03 for a long time, it is extremely strange to notice how the Swedish Medicines Agency formulates the issue on its website. The whole thing is attributed to loose connections. Registry studies on Pandemrix were carried out in 2010 and 2011. This led to the Pandemrix vaccine being completely deregistered in 2015.
A decision from JK cannot be appealed. In the light of the information presented and the knowledge that doctors had already warned at the time, the Swedish Narcolepsy Association with its lawyer should try to pursue a new case with more evidence that the knowledge of the risk and what the risk consisted of already existed at the time with Swedish doctors who notified themselves and doctors within Sweden's Municipalities and County Councils (SKL/today Sweden's Municipalities and Regions SKR). Since it is doctors who came up with the warnings, in the name of reasonableness, doctors at the Public Health Agency at the time should also have been able to make the same assessment. You need to find out about John Sundelin and Dr. Annika Dahlqvist notified the authorities or not and how their warnings were responded to. At Dr. Annika Dahlqvist's blog also contains information about Dr. Göran Stiernstedt's warnings about Pandemrix and the risk of narcolepsy from that time: "I was one of the few who dared to protest against the vaccination campaign. I was awarded a misdemeanor designation by VoF for that. - and was exposed to a senseless media drive. But I might have saved some from suffering from narcolepsy.” This media drive needs to be picked up and what the media and alternative media reporting looked like at the time about Pandemrix. The question is whether editors within Swedish alternative media can help bring out people who announced risks about Pandemrix at that time... It is remarkable that the Chancellor of Justice did not conduct a media review from that time. Can the doctors who spoke out act as witnesses in another form of trial in the damages case about the content of the Pandemrix vaccine if the known risks were concealed by the Swedish authorities? What you now need to find out is if more people with some form of medically oriented specialist competence in addition to these few examples - if more people tried to warn the authorities, politicians or tried to reach out to the mainstream media and what happened. More witness information is needed and preferably some form of evidence that can be used to help the Swedish Narcolepsy Association win compensation claims for the vaccine-injured and their relatives. This issue is just as important to the narcolepsy sufferers of Pandemrix as it is to anyone else who has suffered severe vaccine damage from other vaccines/injections distributed in health crises or that people take in other cases and who have been damaged for life.
A few years ago, I tipped off the Swedish Narcolepsy Society about Dr. Annika Dahlqvist's warnings and that she could have knowledge of which substances in Pandemrix caused narcolepsy. JK in this decision makes a comparison of examples with deficiencies of safety knowledge about positive information duty (a concept that seems to need to be introduced in the Patient Act) concerning if "diving companies had used different decompression tables when diving for oil in the years 1965 to 1990. Divers had later suffered serious health problems which was most likely due to the use of excessively fast tables”. In the matter of the diving companies, JK comes up with an evasive maneuver and tries to excuse the problem from the legal case in Norway, the science in the matter is complex and time-consuming, but the European Court ruled in the matter that the Norwegian state disregarded its positive duty of information due to confusing circumstances where different tables with different information content were used which created problems. JK has not sought medical information about the swine flu vaccine and what science about risks with the swine flu vaccine and other vaccines that have similar content where knowledge of the risks of the vaccine content squalene adjuvant AS03 is already known. Since the state can obtain medical advice in its decisions from the Public Health Agency/Medical Agency/Socialstyrelsen where there are licensed doctors, the Public Health Agency/Medicals Agency/Socialstyrelsen should have been able to make a risk assessment based on the contents of Pandemrix as other Swedish doctors in Sweden at the time warned known about about squalene adjuvant AS03 without problems.
NewsVoice previously reported that the Swedish Medicines Agency approved Pandemrix despite the knowledge of tin and arsenic in the vaccine. At the beginning, NewsVoice writes something that shows how unreliable the Swedish authorities are: "NewsVoice received a tip that a Swedish doctor tried to draw attention to the causal connection between Pandemrix and narcolepsy in the summer of 2011. LMV put the lid on it. Two years later in April 2013, Ingemar Persson, project manager at LMV, announced via "Läkemedelsvärlden" that they do not know why many people got narcolepsy after the mass vaccination. The fact that the problem remains "an enigma" seems to be very practical. A "mystery" leads neither to causation nor responsibility. This means that the authorities can make the same mistakes again, only the surface looks good.”
The Swedish Narcolepsy Association 26 June 2023 on Facebook: "Today, the association's members had their claim for damages against the state rejected. The announcement was made by JK, who is the state's legal representative. Our lawyers and we will now read through the decision and the reasons for rejection. The next step is to come up with a plan and what alternatives we have to continue the fight to get the state to take responsibility for one of Sweden's biggest pharmaceutical disasters. Not just for those affected and their relatives. But also for all those who are thinking about getting vaccinated for future pandemics. We continue to fight and will for a long time to come.”
The Swedish MSB report: "Swine flu - The pandemic that came off" showed data from 2009. When in Sweden swine flu (transmitted from pigs to humans) was declared a disease dangerous to society, there were 10 people infected in May 2009 and no deaths registered. Until February 2010, 27 people in Sweden are estimated to have died from the swine flu (they have wanted to call it the North American flu because it also contains genetic components of birds and humans). MSB highlights three Swedish doctors who believed that mass vaccination with Pandemrix was excessive as the swine flu virus was not particularly dangerous: Dr. Annika Dahlqvist, Dr. Björn Olsson and Dr. Meta Wiborg. The question of the swine flu pandemic being or not being has also been questioned and the motives for the swine flu vaccine campaign. Some time before the swine flu period, the WHO changed the pandemic concept to declare a pandemic from death to infection risk. To know more about it, you can read "False Pandemics: Arguments Against the rule of fear" by the German doctor Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg who was the doctor who at the time had an appointed position within the EU parliament who had the entire swine flu pandemic definition canceled (he has during Covid-19 been a permanent investigator in the Corona Investigative Committee in Germany). In the documentary "Profiteers of Fear - The Business of Swine Flu" (2009), Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg interviewed. In the opening of the documentary, it is explained that in Germany their government was given the opportunity to take a swine flu vaccine other than Pandemrix that was distributed to the population. Even then, doctors in Germany knew that swine flu was not an extremely dangerous virus. Doctors in Germany advised against Pandemrix because the risks outweighed the benefits. When the WHO started recording the number of deaths from viruses, it was on possibility calculations. Not everyone who is registered as dead is properly tested based on whether they really died of swine flu and different countries act differently on the issue of testing/deaths. Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg questions how they went about assessing the degree of seriousness. When he reviews, he looks at the frequency based on 100 cases and how long the review was conducted. Have you reviewed the previous year as well as the year in which you think you have a new discovery? If you looked earlier, you may have found other viruses, and then even the term newly discovered for swine flu virus may be relative.
Lisa Browers at Smittskyddsinstitutet in Sweden in an interview has calculated that the mass vaccination campaign with Pandemrix only averted 6 deaths from swine flu in Sweden at that time. The Swedish Medicines Agency has other information on its website: "that around 100 deaths and just over 200 intensive care cases, as well as around 1,750 patients in inpatient care, were avoided nationally." In retrospect several hundred young people got narcolepsy from the Pandemrix vaccine. On X I have also encountered other people who have been harmed by the Pandemrix vaccine and their claims do not seem to be heard at all.
